Humanity Links What's In It 4 You
I have long wanted to participate in a new meme to “bring 'goodness, graciousness, and healing' to our world” started by Jennifer at GOODNESS GRACIOUSNESS. (Please visit Hold the Vision! for heartfelt details.) Now the question remained, how could I ‘help heal the world and hold that vision?’ By doing just that, holding my vision - I realized my aspiration. And so it is at this time I present my Vision to “bring ‘goodness, graciousness, and healing’ to our world”:
Humanity! If we all could join together as "one" on all noteworthy humanitarian causes, regardless of topic; the combination of such positive aspects and efforts would be electrifying. And perhaps the ultimate answer to what People continuously seek. "United for Humanity" - we can make a difference. So let your "Humanitarian Cause" be known. Spread the word! If you have a "Humanitarian Cause" or know someone who does, that would like to be listed, supported, etc. please visit Humanitarian Causes - United for Humanity (HCU4H) and e-mail your link and site description.
There is no cost, no gimmicks, no work for you to do! HCU4H will list your Humanitarian Web Site or Blog Site with all links going to your site. HCU4H will promote your Humanitarian Cause! HCU4H will construct an rss feed for your site to be included on the HCU4H Blog, with a ‘Share What You Know at BlinkBits’. (BlinkBits is a system designed to “share your bits of wisdom on any topic instantly”. )
Why is Humanitarian Causes - United for Humanity doing this?
So there can be a "one stop place" for People to list AND find Humanitarian Causes.
What are Humanitarian Causes?
Not only the large org sites, however; the blogs and web sites People have worked hard on to support these Causes in Humanity. Rather that be Health such as quit smoking, the Environment such as Climate and how it affects humankind, Ethnic groups, Art, etc…
HCU4H is by the People for the People in “one place”, here at Humanity’s Street Corner, for People to list AND find all Humanitarian Causes.
United For Humanity!
So come on over People of the WWW to Humanity’s Street Corner at HCU4H! Visit - get listed! And be sure to visit the HCU4H Blog!
Thank You again Jennifer for such a wonderful idea for a meme to help “bring 'goodness, graciousness, and healing' to our world”! As many People already have, may more People continue to Hold the Vision!

God’s Goose Bumps
In fact, Binding Ink is a year old this month! In celebration, I recently opened a new web site called Humanitarian Causes-United for Humanity (HCU4H) . A "one stop place" for People to list AND find Humanitarian Causes. However; don’t let the big words like Humanitarian and Humanity scare or fool anyone. HCU4H is not only the large org sites, however; the blogs and web sites People have worked hard on to support these important Causes in Humanity. Rather that be Health such as quit smoking, the Environment such as Climate and how it affects humankind, Ethnic groups, Art, etc. HCU4H is by the People for the People in “one place”, at ‘Humanity’s Street Corner’, for People to list AND find all Humanitarian Causes.
However; am I a Humanitarian? Though I support Humanitarian Causes and have a Humanitarian Cause, I would have to say no, not yet. At least not until I have actually gotten out in the Communities to get my voice, feet, and hands worn-out and blistered. Nonetheless, I am a Non-Rich Philanthropist (A Person Who Cares About People)! If I were a rich Philanthropist, I still would become relatively poor rather quickly by gladly contributing to various Humanitarian Causes. Anyhow, in being a Philanthropist, currently it is my heart that is experiencing all the blisters. I don’t know how other Philanthropists, Humanitarians, Police Officers (Keepers of Public Peace), Fire Fighters, etc. Nurses, Psychiatrists, etc. Volunteers for Crisis, such as Red Cross, etc. Rape Crisis Volunteers, etc. cope. I understand that some Police Officers are mandated to see a Psychiatrist/Psychologist under certain circumstances that may affect their job performance. Perhaps Psychiatrists see Psychologists to vent that their Patients wore on their patients.
Nevertheless; saddened, my heart heavy, and still trying to learn to cope with Peoples sorrows without falling apart myself in tears; the song by Skillet Eating Me Away echoes in my head – “Is this my legacy, Feel it eating me away”… Then in a recent post I asked, When Is It Ok To Scream? Well guess what! Sometimes when you scream loud enough, the Universe does hear you!
Comments:
Kristy said...
“Unless it's a really, really odd coincidence, I think my boyfriend is a co-worker of the husband of YOUR co-worker who recently lost her father-in-law. Because he came home and told me that exact same story the other night. What a small, small world.
And yes, sometimes it's okay to scream!”
At first I agreed this was merely a coincidence. However I replied; ...my site is all about Serendipity and asked where she is from. When she stated where she was from, I got God’s Goose Bumps! Yes, we were neighbors. And yes I ping my blog in hopes to draw even local visitors to my site, yet the local interest in my subject matter has never been remotely appealing. That’s when I realized, as I replied to her:
Yes this is Serendipity. Perhaps you were meant to read my post and I your comments, so some where in the blogosphere we can try to make some sense of this and the other tragedies; or at least find comfort in commonality. For this is Serendipity, a Universal symphony whose tune can be heard by the most tone deaf person. Thank you again Kristy. Hugs from the Universe to you! May we always remember, all the world is not S.I.C.K., For in-between all the torrid rains, there are rainbows. In-between the avalanches, there are snowmen.
So Readers and Humanitarians, "When you are weary, ... When tears are in your eyes", I say – go ahead and Scream! Cause not only is the Universe listening, it will answer!
Serendipity amid Civilization, a Universal symphony whose tune can be heard by the most tone deaf Person!

Philosophical Riddle
(This post is accredited to JIM - Thanks for giving me the strength to push through another door)
lansy from A Drop of Tear in Heaven has a saying, “change your emotion to change your life”. Recently, I have rephrased this or am using an old saying to fit a preponderance, “Change the Question to Change Your Life”. For to often circumstances can and will go wrong in life. Might we instead of asking - Why is this happening, ask rather - What can be done. For as I Hate Artists opened my eyes to, in saying Why; “you paint the picture that you are nothing but a victim”. And so begins my riddle. Say you change the Question and you do ‘What’ can be done about any given circumstance, yet the seemingly inevitable persist; circumstances continue to emerge as stumbling blocks. Does this mean that what a little old Lady in a wheel chair once said that “yea God loves me - but He hates you”, is true? (God being whatever entity one prefers). Now in helping figure out this riddle, bear in mind that we can’t argue ‘not the right timing’, because opportunity is abundant. And we can not argue, ‘not meant to be’; because there is an abundant of evidence to the contrary. Thanks for your input in re to this Philosophical Riddle and have fun!

Promise Me
I'll Stand By You
Oh, why you look so sad?
Tears are in your eyes
Come on and come to me now
Dont be ashamed to cry
Let me see you through
cause Ive seen the dark side too
When the night falls on you
You dont know what to do
Nothing you confess
Could make me love you less
Ill stand by you
Ill stand by you
Wont let nobody hurt you
Ill stand by you
So if youre mad, get mad
Dont hold it all inside
Come on and talk to me now
Hey, what you got to hide?
I get angry too
Well Im a lot like you
When youre standing at the crossroads
And dont know which path to choose
Let me come along
cause even if youre wrong
Ill stand by you
Ill stand by you
Wont let nobody hurt you
Ill stand by you
Take me in, into your darkest hour
And Ill never desert you
Ill stand by you
And when...
When the night falls on you, baby
Youre feeling all alone
You wont be on your own
Ill stand by you
Ill stand by you
Wont let nobody hurt you
Ill stand by you
Take me in, into your darkest hour
And Ill never desert you
Ill stand by you
Ill stand by you
Wont let nobody hurt you
Ill stand by you
Wont let nobody hurt you
Ill stand by you

Who Is The Blog Fairy?!
A Special Entity in the extensive blogosphere! Especially in the adult world, whence Fairy Tales have long since exposed their truth and lost their luster; suddenly a spark of old familiar magic is rekindled - thanks to The Blog Fairy! An Entity that prefers to remain anonymous, while spreading needed ‘blue ribbon’ joy amidst us Blog Writers! Still, who is The Blog Fairy? All we know is what is written on her profile:
About Me : I keep watch 'oer the blogs and bloggers in the vast blogosphere. It is my joy to shine light on those that show love and kindness and to honor them.
Faeries, come take me out of this dull world,
For I would ride with you upon the wind,
Run on the top of the disheveled tide,
And dance upon the mountains like a flame.
~ William Butler Yeats, "The Land of Heart's Desire," 1894
Sex: Female
Well, in re to my much treasured ‘Blue Ribbon’ from her, on June 30 I wrote:
Oh Dear theblogfairy in deed, please do read; I know not who ye are, be you near or far; yet I thank thee kindly Sprite, for this badge I now display with proud delight!
Since, I’ll admit I’ve been trying to secretly keep up on The Blog Fairy! Like a kid wanting to catch of glimpse of whom she really is, what Fairy Land does she beckon from, etc.? Needless to say, The Blog Fairy has been hard at work! Yet as busy as she is, somehow this week she flickered by my place, almost unnoticed! A few days later I so happened looked up at MyBlogLog Tags for ndpthepoetress. There I noticed The Blog Fairy found time to leave me another sprinkle of Fairy dust! She tagged me blue ribbon blogger !
It is at this time that I would like to further add:
To you The Blog Fairy, we Thank You! May a thousand endless ‘blue ribbons’ interlace to your heart with our utmost appreciation for you and all you do!
The Blog Fairy url intentionally left out of this post cause all Fairies should be found! Plus I don’t want to add to her already busy schedule!
